01 Up to five young people across a four-bed main house and a self-contained one-bed annex — the 4+1 model — with 1:2 staffing and waking nights so days feel predictable and nights feel safe.
02 Behaviour is communication. Our care model blends trauma-informed practice with PACE, Positive Behaviour Support, and Team Teach — applied consistently every day, not only in formal interventions.
