Level 3 Diploma sponsorship
Staff who don't already hold the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare are enrolled within three months of starting and supported to complete it within two years — fully aligned with the Children's Homes Regulations.

Specialist training, properly resourced
Trauma-informed practice, PACE, Positive Behaviour Support, Team Teach (or equivalent), safeguarding, child exploitation (CSE/CCE), missing-from-care, autism awareness, first aid, and medication administration. Refreshed regularly.

Monthly supervision and annual appraisal
Formal supervision at least monthly (more frequent during probation), annual appraisal with clear development objectives, and reflective debriefs after significant incidents — not as box-ticking but as how practice actually improves.

We deliberately work to keep turnover low. Consistent staffing isn't a perk — it's the entire reason placements work, so we resource and protect it.
